On 6 May 2019, Ambassador Arunrung Phothong Humphreys presided over the well-wishing ceremony on the occasion of the Coronation of His Majesty the King at the Royal Thai Embassy. The ceremony was held concurrently with the ceremony in Thailand and attended by some 100 people including the Embassy staffs, members of Team Thailand in Bangladesh, and Thai people in Bangladesh. Attendants viewed a live broadcast of the ceremony and participated concurrently.
