The Royal Thai Embassy arranged the third repatriation flight on Saturday 23 May 20202 for 154 Thai nationals in Bangladesh back to Thailand via Thai Lion Air Special Flight SL2225, which departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 11.00 hrs. and arrived in Bangkok at 14.30 hrs.

The first repatriation flight was on 17 April 2020 with 35 Thais, and the second flight was on 14 May 2020 returning 197 Thais living in Bangladesh back to Thailand.

The Embassy thanked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Immigration of Bangladesh, Airport officials as well as the Airline’s staff for facilitating the smooth departure of Thai nationals.
